Who processes the data
The controller is Visual Working S.A., Via Cantonale 29, 7744 Campocologno (Switzerland), VAT no. CHE-113.650.159, which runs the Valtline websites. For any question and to exercise your rights: welcome@visualworking.com.
What data
When you send an availability request we collect: first and last name, e-mail address, mobile number, arrival and departure dates, number of rooms and guests, children’s ages, preferred board and type of accommodation, any notes you write, the site the request comes from and the language. We do not ask for payment details.
Why
We use these data only to answer your request: Valtline receives it, passes it to the accommodation providers it selects in the place you chose, and sends you availability and prices. The providers may contact you directly with their offer.
Legal basis
Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). Without these data we cannot answer the request.
Who receives them
The accommodation providers selected by Valtline in the place you chose, which process them as independent controllers in order to reply to you; the suppliers that run the website and e-mail on our behalf. The data are not published or sold. The controller is established in Switzerland, a country for which the European Commission has recognised an adequate level of data protection.
How long
We keep the request for 24 months after the departure date you gave, then delete it. We keep without limit only data that identify no one (request number, dates, number of guests, place, language), for statistics.
Newsletter
Only if you tick the optional box “I would also like Valtline’s offers by e-mail” do we use your e-mail address to send you our offers, on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time, from any message or by writing to the address above. Kept until you withdraw.
Statistics and cookies
The form uses Google Analytics only if you accepted statistics cookies on the site you came from; the choice made there also applies to the form page (booking.valtline.com). If you did not accept, no statistics cookie is stored. Name, e-mail, phone and notes never enter the statistics. The page also uses one technical session cookie to remember that choice.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, their correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to the processing, by writing to the address above. You can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
